Liliana Pérez: Wellness, Awareness, and Transformation

Liliana Pérez is an anthropologist by profession, a specialist in education, and a yoga instructor by vocation. For several years, she worked with the Colombian government on social initiatives focused on promoting and protecting women’s human rights, an experience that strengthened her commitment to women’s well-being and personal development.

Her journey into yoga began with the need to improve her physical and emotional health. Through the practice, she discovered a path toward body awareness, balance, and inner peace.

After immigrating to the United States, Liliana reinvented herself and created Aula Por tu Cuerpo y Alma, a space where she helps women reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and recognize their inner strength. She offers yoga classes, therapeutic gatherings, discussion circles, and soon, a women’s book club.

Her mission is to create spaces where women can share knowledge, care for themselves, and grow together while cultivating a healthier life from the inside out.
